I make small software that respects your machine: local-first developer tools, native Swift apps, and Rust libraries. Most of it exists because I needed it that morning.
Earlier: growth, product marketing, cloud and IT operations, security. The through-line is taking something ambiguous and making it run.
RECENT PROJECTS
- Codex Limit — answers one question: have Codex rate limits reset yet?
- GitHub Command Center — your GitHub reduced to what needs attention — PRs, issues, CI failures, Actions billing.
- Token Ledger — a terminal dashboard for Codex usage. Local-only, nothing leaves your machine.
- portpourri — a menu bar app that shows which dev ports are open, who owns them, and what collides.
- saneyaml — YAML 1.2 for Rust — serde-first, real diagnostics, zero unsafe.
- cmdcmd — sends screenshots and context from your iPhone into Codex Desktop, OCR done on device.
- yemma — Gemma 4 running on iPhone — fast on-device inference in native SwiftUI.
